Makeships Beta
For Indian online stores doing ₹1–25 crore a year

Sell, count and restock from one system you own.

Your store, your warehouse stock and your supplier buying, connected and running in your own cloud. No overselling, no double orders, no spreadsheet to reconcile, and no cut of your sales.

  • 0% of your sales
  • GST, Razorpay, COD, Shiprocket, Delhivery
  • Runs in your AWS, GCP or Azure

Sound familiar?

The moments that usually make a store switch

Your app bill keeps climbing

A theme, a reviews app, a subscription app, a GST invoice app, a platform cut on every order.

With Makeships: One store with checkout, reviews, coupons, shipping, returns and GST built in. Nothing taken from your sales, ever.

You oversold during a sale

Two customers paid for the last unit, and someone had to call one of them.

With Makeships: Checkout holds the stock while the customer pays. The second shopper is told it just sold out before they pay.

The stock sheet and the store disagree

Someone updates the spreadsheet on Friday. The store sells all week on old numbers.

With Makeships: Every sale, return and delivery updates the warehouse and the store within seconds. Nobody types a number twice.

Two people ordered the same thing

The store flagged low stock, the warehouse raised a PO, and the supplier shipped double.

With Makeships: Low stock becomes one purchase request, with approvals by amount. The same item isn't requested again for a week, so nothing is ordered twice.

Supplier invoices don't add up

The invoice says 220, the delivery was 200, and your margins still use last year's cost.

With Makeships: Invoices are matched against the PO and what arrived. Approving one updates each item's real cost.

You opened a second warehouse

Now there are two sets of numbers and a WhatsApp group reconciling them.

With Makeships: Multi-warehouse stock with transfers, cycle counts and a full history of who moved what.

How it fits together

One order, from checkout to restock

Three apps, one flow. Each step happens on its own; your team only approves what needs a person.

  1. Step 1 Commerce

    A customer checks out

The items are held for them while they pay, so nobody else can buy the same units.

  2. Step 2 Inventory

    The order is paid

The warehouse stock drops by exactly that order, labelled with the order number.

  3. Step 3 Procurement

    Stock reaches the reorder point

One purchase request goes to Procurement for approval, for the item's reorder quantity, which suggestions keep in line with sales.

  4. Step 4 Procurement

    The supplier delivers

Receiving the PO adds the goods to stock, and the store is back in stock within seconds.

  5. Step 5 Inventory

    The invoice is approved

What you actually paid becomes the item's cost, so your margins are real.

A month in the life of one SKU

Raspberry Pi Pico at an electronics parts store

Sells at ₹325, reorder point 30, reorder quantity 200, one warehouse in Chennai. Nobody on the team typed a stock number after day 1.

Illustrative numbers.

Day What happened In stock
1 Opening stock recorded; the store shows it within seconds 120
1–18 90 sell across 41 orders, each held at checkout and taken out when paid 30
18 Reorder point reached: a request for 200 goes to Procurement 30
19 Approved, turned into a PO and issued to the distributor 30
22 200 received against the PO; store and warehouse update at once 230
28 Invoice at ₹265 a unit approved; the item's cost moves to about ₹264 230

What a cut of your sales costs

A percentage feels small until you multiply it

Add up what your current stack takes from each order: platform fee, apps that charge per order, the cut on your checkout. Payment gateway fees apply either way, so leave them out.

Your current stack takes

₹7.5 lakh

every year, and it grows with every sale

Makeships Commerce Growth

₹49,999

a year, whatever you sell. 0% of your sales.

That's about ₹7 lakh a year back in your business, before counting what overselling and double orders cost.

From the same team · Humlens Localization

Sell to shoppers who don't shop in English.

Once the store, stock and buying run themselves, the next customers are often the ones who'd rather read Hindi, Tamil or Telugu. Humlens Localization turns the marketing you already make into their language, on your own AI keys.

Today it works on your creatives, videos and copy. Translating the store's product pages directly from Commerce is on the roadmap.

  • Sale banners and offer posters

The text in the image is found, translated and redrawn in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu or any language you sell in.

  • Product photos with text on them

Size charts, feature callouts and badges, one version per language.

  • Product and reel videos

Dubbed and subtitled, with the processing done inside your own cloud.

  • Emails and offer copy

Newsletters and campaign copy translated with your brand glossary, so product names never change.

Built for you if

A good fit

  • You sell physical products online, mostly in India
  • Hundreds to thousands of SKUs, restocked from a few suppliers
  • Roughly ₹1–25 crore a year, growing
  • Stock in one or two warehouses, tracked in a sheet or a tool that drifts
  • Someone technical on the team, or you'd like us to set it up

Probably not yet

Wait if

  • You're just starting with a handful of products
  • You only sell downloads or services, with nothing to stock
  • You need full ERP accounting across several countries

We'd rather tell you now than sell you something you'll outgrow the wrong way.

Questions sellers ask us

Can you move my store from Shopify or WooCommerce?

Yes. The Launch package (₹75,000, one-time) moves products and customers from Shopify or WooCommerce, up to 500 products, configures payments, shipping, GST and email, and includes the first year of Growth.

Where does my data live?

In your own AWS, GCP or Azure account, or on your own servers. If you'd rather not run servers, managed hosting gives you a private copy that you can move to your own cloud whenever you like.

Do I need Inventory and Procurement from day one?

No. Start with the store and add Inventory when stock gets hard to track, then Procurement when buying needs approvals. Each app works on its own, and they connect from settings when you're ready.

What happens at checkout if the warehouse app is down?

Checkout carries on without holding stock, so you never lose a sale to an outage. Everything catches up automatically once it's back, and nothing is counted twice.

Which payment and courier options are built in?

Razorpay, Stripe and cash on delivery, with pincode checks for delivery and COD. Shiprocket and Delhivery for shipping and tracking, with a manual option for any other courier.

Do you take a percentage of my sales?

No, on any plan. You pay your payment gateway's own fees and nothing to us per order.

How are Inventory and Procurement priced?

Most sellers take them with the store as the Operations Suite, our premium plan: all three apps connected, with priority support. We quote it for your stores, warehouses and team on a short call.
